Dementia Support Group | Learn, Support and Share

The Bradford County Manor is happy to announce that we will be continuing our Dementia informational support group meetings through 2020. Our meetings will be scheduled on a monthly basis with topics such as Dementia vs Alzheimer’s – what is the difference?

Accepting the Diagnosis, Alternative treatments, Early Detection, Stages of the disease, Treatments for sleep changes and behaviors, Myths vs Facts about the disease, along with many other topics. Our support group also encourages open discussion about individual issues you may need more information about.

Our two Certified Dementia trainers, Kelly Roloson and Pam Brown, will be available to assist you as we know that this can be a very overwhelming time and can lead to a lonely journey for anyone to travel. Our support group will provide you with information and support to help you to better understand this disease and its progression. Through these sessions we hope that you will be able to understand how to care for and interact more successfully with your loved one.

As restrictions are lifted we will be looking to setting up dates for future meetings. Please continue to visit our page for upcoming dates.

For more information please contact Pam Brown or Kelly Roloson at 570-297-4111
