Memory Lane is a secure unit that provides a relationship based style of care that is designed to meet the particular physical and psycho-social needs of our residents with Alzheimer's, Dementia and memory impairments. We utilize validation, reminiscing and therapeutic recreation to restore individuals' self - respect, dignity and spirit to maintain their quality of life.
Memory Support Services Include:
- Self-contained, secure neighborhood
- Specifically designed activities for residents with Alzheimer's, Dementia and other memory related impairments
- Appealing nutritional meals and snacks
- Family support and education
- Therapeutic recreational programs to maintain and enhance resident capability

Dementia Support Group | Learn, Support and Share
The Bradford County Manor is happy to announce that we will be continuing our Dementia informational support group meetings through 2020. Our meetings will be scheduled on a monthly basis with topics such as Dementia vs Alzheimer’s – what is the difference?
Accepting the Diagnosis, Alternative treatments, Early Detection, Stages of the disease, Treatments for sleep changes and behaviors, Myths vs Facts about the disease, along with many other topics. Our support group also encourages open discussion about individual issues you may need more information about.
Our two Certified Dementia trainers, Kelly Roloson and Pam Brown, will be available to assist you as we know that this can be a very overwhelming time and can lead to a lonely journey for anyone to travel. Our support group will provide you with information and support to help you to better understand this disease and its progression. Through these sessions we hope that you will be able to understand how to care for and interact more successfully with your loved one.
Meetings are scheduled as follows:
January, March, May, July, September and November
will be held during the day from 10:00am – 11:00am
February, April, June August, October and December
will be held in the evening from 5:00pm – 6:00pm
